"Staff were lovely, the breakfast was exceptional and location perfect. The beds were comfortable. We had a family room so no window to the outside apart from a small window looking over the foyer and the climb to the second bed very steep. Unfortunately there was no hot water and the information provided was that it would not be repaired for several days and applied to the whole property. Staff seemed unconcerned when we complained and a partial refund (about 1/5 of room cost) was provided. Fortunately we had only booked 2 nights but other than hot water it was lovely."
