"I know this Hitel when it was The Conrad. Great staff and service. Pool and fitness is not part of the hotel facility. You need to book prior. This was not communicated. Also 35 Euro for the usage. Breakfast staff are very youg and not much experinced. However great selection at Breakfast. Very resasonable price. I love the location and walking distance to everything. Room service is Top. "The cleaner we had (black guy, forgot his name), he's amazing. He's gone over and beyond to make our stay a comfortable stay and ppl on my floor said the same thing. He deserves a raise 👍 However no sauna available for whole trip, it's ridiculous, I paid for sauna use and got nothing. "
