"Not a 5* experience.. confusion over room booked, not available then offer another, then eventually, about 3 hrs later finally got the room I booked. Overcharged at checking for the room. Overcharged at check out, someone’s else’s evening meal added to my room. Staff, with the exception of Lisa, who was incredibly helpful and friendly, were haughty and unhelpful. No non alcoholic cocktails at lunch, breakfast was average nothing special. Spa was overcrowded, Overall disappointing for the cost....
