The hotel is extremely stylish and the interior architecture is mind blowing! Could use a bit more lighting in the lobby at night, but radiates an amazing mood and atmosphere. The room was very clean, spacious and stylish with a very quiet air conditioning that allowed us to sleep soundly at night! It was also well equipped with Dyson and Magic Toilets! The dining options were great in and around the hotel depending on your taste and if not, you can walk to a very luxurious shopping / grocery mall not too far away! TIP - ROOM VIEW : Book the Park / Garden view as the City View is a wall of condo buildings! We would definitely come back without question and they definitely put the W franchise on our radar!"

"We stayed for 2 nights at the Grand Hyatt Xi'An in a Grand Club King Room. We went to Xi'An mainly to see the Terracotta Warriors. For us, we found this hotel was isolated from the main part of the town of Xi'An. We needed to take a taxi to get into the town centre. Apart from that, the room, the staff and the food were all at standard of what we would expect from the Grand Hyatt group. For us, the location wasn't the best."
