Leticia was a great example of employee attitude & customer service. I checked in after 9pm & she got everything done quickly. She was very friendly & offered to help with any issues.I hadn't eaten so I asked if she knew if a particular local restaurant was still open. She wasn't sure, but quickly looked on the internet & told me the closing time for the restaurant. Got my food just before they closed because of her help.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by Alex, she had a wonderful smile, got us checked in, offered the application for the Marriott card, briefly explained the benefits of the having the card. All of this was done in a very friendly and cheerful voice. All of this assured that this was the right place for us to stay. As of this write up, we’re on our second day due to an unexpected incident in the family. However, all is well, we know we are at the right place for resting.
