"First of all the front office clerk rude and short with people. Room was not ready and was given the wrong room which she thought was funny. Secondly our room never cooled down so we slept uncomfortable and had to call for towels and toilet paper. Housekeeping never came to our room to clean. Lastly, the charged me at check in without any explanation why. And the hotel had already been paid for by a third party service. So, yeah I don't plan to stay again when I'm in San Antonio."

"The parking was fine, the bathroom towels were dirty but hanging like they were clean. Also I had no toilet paper in my room I had to go to front desk and ask for some. "
