"I booked this hotel for one night because we had a late arriving flight and an early departure the following day. The hotel is surrounded by office buildings and the was no car or pedestrian traffic at 7:00PM when we arrived. In fact, the taxi driver did not know where the hotel was located. We finally arrived but had to walk across a divided street as the taxi driver did not want to turn around. Checkin was really smooth and very quick, which was greatly appreciated given how tired we were. ...

"I agree with other reviewers that this is not a five star property but a solid four star. The pool was nice. Breakfast was fantastic. Location made it difficult and I took between four and six Ubers / taxi a day. It’s more of a convention hotel. Overall good stay. "

"It was our first time in Lisbon and chose this hotel because of how close it is to the main streets in Lisbon, walking distance. The staff is so welcoming and friendly from the time you check in throughout the whole stay until we checked out. They helped set up transportation when we needed it to get to airport and train stations. Very helpful, nice, friendly, clean, and amazing hospitality! We Will definitely come back for our next visit to Lisbon! "

"The hotel is in a great location, near restaurants and the main shopping area. It was clean, safe and comfortable. One of two elevators was not working part of the time we were there. The only thing we realized is that there were other more luxurious hotels at the same rate on the same street. "
