"The Bernini Palace is beautiful and near everything. Our only disappointment is the small room and looking at another building out our window.
Staff is great. Breakfast delicious!"
"The rooms are newly updated with comfortable bed and nice decor. On a positive note, breakfast was very nice and the location is lovely.
But, I cannot recommend this hotel. In this price range, they need to do better .

They asked if we did not mind being charged a service fee of 40 euro. ? Why do we have to pay extra? I hate tipping in the States and was disappointed being asked in Italy."
"The staff at the Floren were incredible and frequently went above and beyond to make our stay an excellent one. I can't recommend them strongly enough."
