Absolutely beautiful hotel. They have thought of everything- so comfortable, welcoming, and enjoyable!

Great location right by the airport. Lovely modern room with everything you could need.

I chose that hotel mostly because of the good reviews of other travelers. It was a great satisfaction to find that everything written is true. Don't expect anything fancy. Rosary Garden is very nice, small, cozy hotel. The rooms and beds were comfortable and everything was extremely clean. The breakfast was good and the cappuccino they served is one of the best I have ever tasted. I was travelling by car and they offered me free parking place in a parking near the hotel, although it wasn't part...

Clean, convenient, right near the tram to easily get us to the airport or downtown. Friendly staff, especially Christian. Very helpful. Good breakfast.

This place is amazing, and was a great deal in the off season. We paid €120 for a very nice room with a great big shower and a little private patio. The downside is being a long way from Florence’s attractions and restaurants. The closest place to eat was an 8 minute walk. If you have a car and want to be away from the madness of the tourist areas this is your place. VERY quiet.

Everything was perfect. I recommend it, and we will definitely be back.

We were just looking for a hotel near airport and staff was awesome, room worked out perfect for our needs

This was my fourth visit to this wonderful place. Alessandro, Betty, Luca and the staff are so kind and welcoming and took care of our every need. Hospitality and a relaxing environment is what sets them apart from any other place that I have ever stayed at. The countryside location was another plus.

Grreat people and service. Will recommend to our friends.

Wonderful stay. We have stayed in other hotels on our many trips to Florence but now, the Pendini will always be our choice in Florence.

Beautiful quirky hotel. The room was beautiful and well equipped. Front hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Easy to walk everywhere.

Horrible! Do not go there! Because if you stay there once, your standards will rise and you will have hard time comparing other hotels to this one which exceeded all standards. Do not get fooled by its 3-star status, as the rooms, deco and services would definitely compete with at least a 4-star counterpart. Located at the center of Florence with walking distance to the main train station and lots of venues and museums, the hotel is a true gem. The breakfast buffet is in an elegant setting and...

The family that owns and operates this charming hotel and restaurant are truly outstanding individuals who go far beyond what is expected of them to make guests feel like they are also part of the family.

The two young ladies at the front desk were phenomenal during our stay!! We had our car broken into and they were so kind, helped us order delivery and let us charge our phones. The property was very clean. The bar option was a life saver. A beer and spritz after what we experienced was perfect. My only negative was that the air conditioning barely worked and our room was very hot.

The staff here was amazing super nice. If am ever back during the summer I would love to jump in the pool. I give it 5 star. Even when I lock myself out or my phone die they was nice to help me get in. Thank you again..

Family and I stayed at la fortezza for three days...staff exceeded all our expectations and provided great help from where to eat to what transportation to take to the airport.

Facility was well maintained and staff was very friendly.

Hotel was in a great location! Five minute walk to Santa Maria Novella Train Station and a 15 minute walk or less to city center. Morning buffet was good and staff were friendly and really helpful. We would come back again! Thank you!
