"It is not 5 star hotel. 4 stars Max. Nice hotel but limited with amenities.. we had to ask for toothbrushes twice and received none. Limited option to cosmetic kits (almost none). Hotel does not replenish supplies.. so if you used shower cap once, it will be gone next day and good luck having a replacement ( remember no toothbrushes, no extra shower cap… hold on to what you got). Hide them. Limited amount of towels as well- 2 only. My face towel for second night was gone as well, no replacement...

But really, all of them were so helpful and lovely. Charming, even. I love this place. I think I’m too old to make my way back to Barcelona again, but if I did, I’d definitely stay here. Each time we returned to the hotel and were greeted by the doorman, it felt like we were returning to a place that cares about us. "
