"Overall a good resort with plenty of entertainment and decent food and drinks. The rooms could use a renovation and feel a bit outdated. The reception staff was friendly but sometimes gave contradicting information on making reservations in the restaurant and about reserving a shower spot in the Lobby ‘Courtesy Room’. All the staff was forthcoming and friendly and it was overall a good stay. "

"Really lovely week and would recommend to others. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The resort and rooms are very clean. Great choice of food daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the snack bar served lovely Greek food. Around the pool we had no problem gaining a sunbed and it was quite spacious. "

"Our room service was not good, but it may be subjective. They have over 1000 rooms so maybe the person who is cleaning our rooms was not motivated. Food is awesome. Service is really nice and friendly to children."

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom bungalow which was spacious and clean. However as we were on the ground floor we had no view which was a shame. The bedrooms were air conditioned but the living room was not which meant we did not really use it. The air conditioning controls for the bedrooms were rather complicated and difficult to find the setting we needed. "When we arrived they couldn't find our reservation booking, so we had to wait very long time, the receptionist didn't explain anything about the facilities of the Hotel, no instructions at all plus very unfriendly. The hotel is ok for a max 4 Stars but definitely not a Luxury 5 Stars Hotel, the 1st few days the cleaning wasnt good at all, after complaining it improved a lot! Special thanks to Ianis and Ron for giving us rides with good humour throughout our stay. The hotel is a bit far away from the beaten track, and renting a car or taking the all-inclusive option is highly recommended. We will definitely come back and stay longer. "

The hotel had everything we needed to enjoy our stay to the fullest.
