"Good things -right next to the shopping center, skytrain & mrt (subway) -great customer services (all dept.) -provide 2 bottles of water a day per guest -good varieties of breakfast -love the water pressure (shower) Need to improve -parking (even that it is big but its always pack with shopping mall guests. The hotel should block or assign an area for hotel guests only to park. -some areas of the hotel need renovation -better pest control at f&b areas"

"The hotel was one of the highlights of our visit to Bangkok. Since the moment we checked in we were greeted with a smile. All the facilities are brand new (or feel like) and of very high quality. From the bar to the pool or the rooftop bar, every corner of the building is lovely to visit. And the breakfast, WOW! So many options to choose from and such quality food. It's also just steps away from a metro station. Definitely worth it. "

"Really chill hotel, lots to do around. The apartments are really clean and has a really good vibe in the pool area. Staff are helpful, esp the on ground staff and housekeeping staff are really polite. Would def recommend. Gym is a little small for such a big property if you are looking to hit the hotel gym but just all in all highly recommend! "
