"Great hotel, clean and well kept. Kids loved the kids club. The staff were super helpful. The resort facilities like pool and restaurants were great. Can’t really fault our experience. There was a mix up with our 5th traveller. As my child was 7yo, they expected him to sleep with parents. This is clearly noted on their website, however Expedia didn’t provide the information when I booked. An extra bed was $40 AUD per night. "

The only problem that we experienced is the trolley situation. The resort is large so I would suggest have the trollies going around more often. Otherwise it was perfect "

"This hotel is tge worst hotel i have ever stayed on. The rooms are humid with a damp smell, the beddings ate wet. The mattresses are extremely old and u even. Changed rooms 3 times but not any better. The rooms are full of small ants. Tried canceling but expedia waited three days to get a response from the hotel. Horrible experience and the management didn't care."
