"From the moment we landed till the time we left the staff were the most professional I have witnessed in all my travels, their happiness and smiles made our day. We spend everyday eating in the restaurant the reason being the food excellent and the staff outstanding, value was excellent as well. There is no doubt it is in the name because this hotel the AMBASSADOR is totally paradise. Us Scot’s have a saying haste ye back (hurry back) and I will definitely be doing that. "Staff was excellent, especially Mich and Abigail who welcomed us on that first day. I think the primarily worked at the Saffron cafe. Breakfast was awesome. I love how the staff remembered my coffee preference and the wide variety of breakfast offering. Leave room for croissants. Jennifer and Zhenn were great at keeping my room cleaned. If you ever use the spa Zeth was great. She helped ease the pain in my lower back. Location was a pleasant change from the crowds of station 2 and 3. You practically had the beach to yourself at certain times of the day. I had a deluxe seaview room and i loved waking up to the view of the ocean. Will definitely come back"

"The hotel was absolutely stunning. It has many restaurants, a huge pool and it opens up onto a private beach shared with a couple of other hotels which was incredible. I have never stayed in a hotel where staff were so attentive - they were so friendly and more than happy to help at any moment in time. I would highly reccomend staying here!! It is an incredibly beautiful place - I would stay here again! "

"Everything was very good, excellent service from the staff, everybody was very kind, accomodating & respectful, all hallways, rooms, restaurants were very neat & clean, we see staff cleaning every morning & during the day. The food is excellent from buffet to ala carte ordering/menu, drinks are all very good. Rooms are clean & we always see staff clean the pool & sweep the floor specially the hallways from the beach entrance. Overall Hennan Crystal Sands is excellent to stay in"
