There was no hair dryer in the room and the situation with the bathroom being glass made the whole room light up when someone used it in the middle of the night. Controlling any of the room lights is also inconvenient. A hair dryer in the room would have been helpful too. That obviously didn’t change our experience much and we would stay there again. Service was amazing too. "

"Fantastic hotel very modern and trendy. Breakfast is amazing the best in Edinburgh. I upgraded to the balcony room which is great as the weather was lovely so we sat outside for a few drinks before evening meal which is rare in Edinburgh. Views are great and staff impeccable. Shops around are modern but easy walking distance to the castle and all the history in Edinburgh. Just across the road is the train station so no need for a taxi. "

"It was a beautiful hotel with many cozy public rooms to hang out in and have a drink or afternoon tea. The food was very good and the location was great. Our room was quite large with big windows and a nice bathroom. Everyone there from the front desk to the bartenders were very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay there again."
