"This place is perfect! Clean, beautiful and wonderful location! It’s nearby the golf course, and very easy to get to Edinburgh and Glasgow. Francesco is always friendly and helpful. We had a very good time there and we definitely would come back again!"

"We live in Edinburgh but had to book somewhere to stay while we were having work done at our house and Sycamore Cottage was perfect for four of us. The bedrooms are really spacious and the kitchen is really well equipped which isn’t always the case in self catering accommodation. We didn’t think we’d need to use the log burner but a typical Scottish spring meant we used it a few nights and there was plenty of logs left for it. Easy to drive into Edinburgh or can get the train from Gorebridge....

"Good for family (2 adults, 4 kids). Good location, 30 minute walk or 10-15 minute bus ride to the city centre. Clean apartment, some initial struggle with the front door key ‘technique’ but the video was helpful, could’ve done with a few more kitchen utensils / oven trays for self catering. Overall good, would stay again. "

"Wow what an amazing experience we had at East twin cottage carmichael, the property is a little dated but very clean and in an amazing location. We had deer field for our back garden and we even witnessed a deer give birth just meters away from us on quite morning! They people who run the business are so friendly and helpful. "We traveled with two kids under four, my spouse, and her parents. The apartment had tons of space and a nice patio as well. This cottage is literally built within the wall of the castle grounds. The very windows you look out to see the ocean and the sheep are built right into the wall. The walk around the property is fantastic. Beautiful rose gardens, herbs everywhere, and more apple trees than you can count. There are many walking trails just outside the castle walls as well. You will...

"Ideal location with charming village area nearby. Easy walk to local pub and to the water. Flat was spacious and well equipped; but could have used a bit more maintenance and some air freshener (near the sea, so a bit of a damp, musty smell). It was a bit farther from central Edinburg (~40 min) than I had expected; but the quaint village feel of the area was well worth the few extra minutes drive. All in all a nice place to support local sight seeing and day trips."
