"Nice stay in the vicinity of Edinburgh"

"It’s a quiet lovely place, staff are very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again next in the city."

"Breakfast was great."

"Check-in was easy, the residence was well kept."

"The staff was very helpful in that we arrived early in the day and they permitted us to leave our bags there while we walked around the city until check in. It was very clean and a great location."

"Very close to town and transport options for sightseeing. It was the cheapest accommodation after hostels, so budget-wise it's good. Shower wasn't draining and staff had it sorted the next day."

"Very pleasant host greeted us. Nice to have our own bathroom."

"Great location! Room was comfortable and clean. However we were not sure how to contact or speak with staff so it made checking in and checking out a bit confusing. Still would recommend staying here for your trip to Edinburgh!"

"I stayed with my husband for one night, I did not realize while booking that we had to share a bathroom with several rooms. So if you plan on staying be aware that there is no private bathroom. That being said this guest house was good to stay for the night and felt clean, safe, and comfortable. There was no breakfast, which was listed as included."

"Conveniently located. Clean. Adequate parking."

"Great shower"
