"Location"

"It was the perfect size for our short trip to NYC. So close to Times Square, and the subway station. If you plan to be out and about, I think this was the perfect size room, and location! I would stay here again!"

"Fun Hotel if you’re looking for a good time. But toilet kept missing up and the phone in the room did not work."

"All good."

"Clean, friendly, no-frills, in a fantastic location. Honestly, this is an old-school NYC hotel with small but clean rooms, no fridge or microwave, a very friendly staff, and an unbeatable location close to Times Square, (but not IN Times Square) Central Park, Bryant Park, all the subway lines--"

"Clean room everything was nice"

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned. Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."

"The room was too small"

"Amazing experience and perfect location."

"The rooms didn’t even have any closet space not even a drawer"

"Clean rooms / excellent staff / easy valet parking / close to all broadway shows!!"

"Very nice, helpful and polite gentleman at the front desk. Unfortunately I don’t remember his name, just remember him having curly hair and chain with a cross. He was the true jewel of the hotel tho."

"Loved being close to the pier"

"Excelente ubicación, Cuartos impecables, buen servicio , Todo de 1a"

"The hotel has an excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and fast elevators. Housekeeping was also good. However, the rooms are outdated, the furniture and bathrooms need renovation, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was poor. There was also some minor noise. Considering the high price, the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."
