Food is excellent, particularly the breakfast, with an interesting assortment. Our room was a good size & thankfully near the car park as when you access the hotel through the back door it is a route march to find reception."

"We have been to the Lakes Hotel & Spa a few times & we always have an amazing stay. The staff are always polite & welcoming, a special thank you to Mark (concierge) he was very helpful! Our room was spotless & had a beautiful view over the lake. The spa was very nice as always, but it was slightly cold on the first day of our visit, the spa had been closed throughout the day for maintenance so possibly couldn’t be helped. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
