"Clearly the grand hotel of Seville. Its location is great and it stands out as a landmark of the town. For a very old property it was well maintained. The only real shortcoming was the service. The concierge didn’t respond before our stay about transportation even though they sent an email reaching out. "Excellent Seville hotel that is on the other side of the street for the train station. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to walk to many of the tourist sites in Sevilke but it was worth it for me. If you buy it, the buffet breakfast option is excellent when prepaid. A nice retail shopping area is also within 10 minute walk."

"Very good customer service - was allowed an early check in and received a complete breakdown of the amenities available and upon check out was asked if I required assistance with a taxi. Both were efficient processes with lovely staff members. The room itself was tidy and clean however there were some minor stains on the walls and the one of the blinds seem broken - this did not affect my stay however so was not too bad. "

"Pretty property but services overstated. None of the staff spoke English. They were unable to process credit cards but didnt tell us that when we checked in. Had to walk all over town looking for ATM to check out. Person in room under us had TV full volume until after midnight. Called front desk they did not address the situation. They seemed understaffed. Restaurant was not great. "
