"Like the food and drink selection at the lounge. Love the view of the tower. Would prefer the toilet in the separate area instead of together with the bathroom. When booked did not know there is a kitchen in the room, personally not a fan. Although on the high floor, still hear the traffic quite loud at night. Love the swimming pool and hot spring facilities but a bit of a walk from the guest room more for business events hotel. Love the compliment private ride."

"We had a wonderful stay! The property was excellent, beautifully maintained, and in a great location—convenient to everything we needed. The staff was exceptional: warm, welcoming, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Everything came together to make this a terrific experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"This Hotel is a Gem! The location is perfect, close enough to hop on and off the train but also taken just outside of all the hustle and bustle. The amenities were phenomenal and the staff can’t be compared to any other."

"An amazing place, amazing amenities. The food, the garden, the location close to the subway. The only issue is it's a bit of a hike uphill to the property. Still well worth the stay. Plus a 711 inside?! Can't beat that."

"Not bad. Good room size and view. Now that I’m at another 5 star hotel in Tokyo I can see the value of The Grand Prince Hotels."
