"Zee and Amin at the front desk was extremely helpful with coordinating family activities. Their knowledge and willingness were greatly appreciated. All of the staff was very welcoming, and I would highly recommend the Hyatt hotel. The area is close to a few restaurants and the Waterfront; great location. "The hotel itself is great but the room service staff was comically bad. Orders would take longer than one hour to arrive, items were ALWAYS missing. One time they called us at 1:30am to confirm our breakfast order (waking us up!) and then still got the order wrong 😂 really odd in a 5 star hotel. "

"A nicely located apartment within easy walk along the canal to the V&A, or hop on the City Tour Canal Boat that runs every half an hour. There is a small shop on the route nearby and small cafes, but its a 15 min walk to the centre of the V&A. Check In was easy with good communication from our host and reassured by the reception security team on duty 24/7. A good quiet spot if you want to be just outside the hussle and bussle of the V&A."
