"I have travelled the world and this is the best hotel I have stayed in. Apart from the luxury and beauty, the staff are amazing and so helpful and respectful. The food in the villa lounge is outstanding and the facilities are great. We enjoyed the hotel so much we didn't even want to see the rest of Bali. The facilities are very expensive to use “5 star prices” even the spa is 10 times expensive than the all spa’s around the hotel even it is more expensive than spa prices in Australia. I was using laundry and spa around the hotel which was very affordable"
