"Great Hobart venue. We loved the way in which the original character of the factory was preserved wherever possible. The brickwork and exposed beams. The artworks and gallery were a treat to browse. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Would stay here on our next visit to Hobart."
"I had a wonderful stay! The room was incredibly clean and comfortable, and having a balcony was a lovely bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, and the convenient parking made everything so much easier. I would highly recommend this accommodation!"

The outdoor grounds were covered in animal feces, with an empty pool, defunct hot tub, and rubbish about the property. We found alternative...
