"This is now my favorite Sydney hotel. Location is fantastic, we had the view overlooking Darling Harbour, just wow!! The hotel gave us early checkin which was a bonus to drop off your bags. Room service was very quick and food was to rave about. Had the buffet breakfast twice and that filled us up for the day (cost $48 AUD pp). Ice and filtered water on each floor. Went to the bar and had a real mixture with my drinks order, barman did a great job which even included a rather yummy sweet Chai....

"This was a disaster. Booked through Expedia. Called 3 times to request a rollaway bed no one picked up. Got there 8am with 3 kids (we had booked their top tier room) - told sorry the smallest room with a queen bed is available, the booking should not have gone through. Asked ok at least can we have a rollaway bed as there’s 4 of us. They said sorry layout of the room is such that it won’t fit. No apology it was like they were thinking taking or leave it. He just said ok I’ll give you a refund go...
