"Room was in great condition. Pillows are awesome although the mattress had dips from previous use. The car parking overnight is expensive at $95, however I must say the valet guys are more than helpful, probably the best I have seen. Overall an above average stay. Rooms are very clean."

"We stayed in the heritage room on the 3rd floor. The room and the bathroom were spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the general look of the room was a little dated. Breakfast buffet was great and the staff at the breakfast were attentive to our needs. Gym was well equipped. The hotel was well-located and not too far from everything. Would definitely stay again. "We let them know our flight landed at 9am and they had our room ready when we arrived. The staff was very attentive, helpful, and friendly. The amenities were great. The location was walking distance to everything, including all area transportation options, including the cruise port. Breakfast was an amazing assortment and delicious. We will definitely stay again if we travel to Sydney again. "
