Unfortunately the room although clean & updated was quite small & difficult to stow even small suitcases. Some of the reception staff were quite abrupt & seemed annoyed when asked questions or directions. Hanny& Mark were exceptions at the main desk & were friendly & caring."

"This is our 3rd time staying at The Pullman. It’s in a great location with views of Hyde Park and the city. Extra social from the roof top pool. The buffet breakfast is very good, the staff are lovely and helpful and the hotel is clean. Highly recommend."

"This was a nice place but it felt very "beat up"... for a 6–7-year-old building. Carpets in hallways needed to be vacuumed; stains on couches and carpets in apaprtment/hotel room. Interior plaza needed to be pressure washed."

The only quirky thing was that servicing the roo.s appeared to only be if you requested. Apart from that, would recommend."
