Amazing place, an oasis in São Paulo

Fantastic service, great food, great location...I would stay here again. Few suggestions: The pool area needs work, we did not find anybody attending or helping us in the locker room. The water was not warm in the pool and we found no towels or chairs to relax in the sauna section - which is necessary after the use of the sauna. Eco commitment needs to be upgraded: lots of little plastic bottles for water, towels, and sheets were changed every day. As this is nice, I think we can work better...

The hotel had a beautiful reception and area very welcoming staff. The rooms were very luxurious and immaculate. The spa is a great place to relax. Very peaceful and pampering place.

Can’t say enough about how good my stay was. The staff were all amazing, spoke English and were very helpful! I definitely recommend the George V if you are looking for a place to stay.

The room was very nice and clean, but the best part was the staff with how kind as well as caring they were. The location is also good considering it’s in a business location making it very safe for travelers.

This hotel is located in NEW financial district . One block away from a major street and many restaurants and small shops near by, very safe area.

Nice staff and clean room. They allowed us an early checkin after an all night flight.

Very attentive and faintly staff! The location is great, just a 1/2 block off avenue paulista so a little quieter but convenient to everything. The finishes are really nice and there are nice little extra touches upon arrival and evening turn down. Highly recommend!

The staff at the Four Seasons Sao Paulo was excellent. Attentive, prompt, and always courteous. The hotel was beautiful, clean and felt like home. I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed May 27th - June 2nd 2025 ....I liked that it was peaceful, welcoming, warm, relaxing and the ambience was everything. The hosts were friendly, intelligent and every guest I met was nice, even though we spoke different languages. I genuinely did not want to leave and will definitely be back. The host put a lot of thought into preparing breakfast every morning and has the best dogs I've ever come across. I am from Trinidad and Tobago and we tend to scrutinize everything outside our country....

The hotel has an old world charm. I enjoyed my visit.
