"10/10 stay as the Youssef’s located in a quieter neighborhood, close to the Paseo Montejo (including cafés, restaurants, museums) and a short drive from the downtown. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and were able to leave our luggage behind (stored safely) as we explored while we waited for check in. The rooms were clean and comfortable with A/C and running, hot water (despite what other reviews have mentioned). They also have a café, gym, and pool. Great stay all around!"
