"The property was located near Oxford St - good for shopping - & near Hyde Park - which was good for that early morning run. Also a lovely walk through the parks to Buckingham Palace & Westminster sites. There were train stations nearby making the connection from Heathrow Airport hassle free."

"From check-in to check-out, this was a truly seamless experience. The team at reception were fantastic—engaging with our kids and making them feel genuinely special. Our room was ready ahead of schedule, which was a welcome bonus. The location is excellent—just a couple of minutes’ walk from the London Eye, which made for a fun surprise on arrival. As with most of central London, public transport links were straightforward and convenient. The room was exactly as expected, with a fold-out bed already set up for the kids. Everything was clean, tidy, and in good working order. We hadn’t booked breakfast in advance as the standard rate was absurd, but once on-site we were offered it at £20 per adult per day with kids included for free. At that price, it was worth it—breakfast was decent quality and did the job. The shower deserves a special mention—hot, powerful, and stocked with products that actually smelled nice (a rarity in hotels!). Despite overlooking Waterloo station, the room was completely silent. Would happily stay again."
