"The staff arranged a lovely surprise for our arrival to celebrate my husband’s birthday, which was very thoughtful and heartwarming. The room was clean and spacious, although there was some mold around the shower caulking. Other than that, the room was very clean, and the housekeeping staff were professional and well trained.
The hotel is only a five-minute walk from RAI Station, which was very convenient for getting to both Central Station and the airport. There is also a supermarket about a 10-minute walk away, but not much else nearby. However, this didn’t bother us at all.
We stayed during a heatwave, and the room didn’t get as cool as we would have liked because the temperature couldn’t be adjusted. The staff kindly offered to move us to a room on the other side of the building, but we decided to stay in our original room.
Overall, we had a very good stay and would definitely recommend this hotel."
