"Beautiful estate in an extremely bucolic setting. Lovely stay in one of the cottages. Be aware there is no air conditioning for the hotter days but open windows with a provided fan did the trick. Nice walks along the River Tay and grounds. Breakfast was serviceable. Could do a bit better with the porridge. A bit stodgy and seemed like a mid of whole and flaked oats. "Best room of our 3 week trip! A great shower plus a huge soaking tub. Super friendly staff. Will definitely stay again if I’m in the area. "

"The staff were friendly and nothing was to much trouble, breakfast was massive full Scottish, brill. Rooms were great, not 5 star but were comfy and clean. Atmosphere at the sands was great, locals are very friendly and I would defo book again, hats of to the hard working staff."

"I arrived late for check in and the restaurant had closed but the owner made me something as i had been traveling all day, I was also leaving too early the next day so the owners again my me a take away bag as an alternative, they really went out of their way and it was really appreciated. Nice dog friendly pub too, had fusses with owners dog who was lovely and friendly. Would 100% reccomend "
