"The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and well kept. Whilst the chef/kitchen were very amendable to preparing gluten free options they could life easier for themselves by tweaking the menu. I will be going back."

"Absolutely stunning property. We had a ground floor room dog friendly, there was a luxury dog bed bowl and treats waiting for our dog. Beautiful walking area along the river. Room was luxurious and very comfortable bed. We ate dinner in the restaurant choice and quality was 5 star. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Would stsy there again in a heartbeat."

"Such a lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We had a great room - room 2. So spacious! The grounds and free parking great. Excellent breakfast, especially the porridge! Dinner x 2 nights was great. High quality dining, but with affordable options. Generous servings for the price. Would definitely recommend. "

"The room we had was big, plenty storage and seating. The bathroom was nice with a large bath. The complimentary jar of sweets/choc was a nice touch. Staff were friendly and approachable. Bar staff very knowledgeable about the drinks on offer. Food was really good. Hotel had a very relaxed feeling about it, nice lounge area to air and enjoy drinks. "
