The room was small, but everything was super clean. There is air conditioning, but you can't control that youself. The front desk staff turn it on for you. It was as adverised, a good place to stay near the zocalo.

No estaba muy limpio,el lugar olía muy feo y los servicios malos, nos quitaban la programación del televisor a las 9:00 pm, por lo que cobran la verdad deja mucho que desear Me cobraron en el hospedaje y en la aplicación se me cobró la misma tarifa, sigo sin recibir reembolso Todo fue malo

Nada que ver con las fotos que ponen en la página, el lugar está descuidado, las escaleras necesitan mantenimiento, no salía agua caliente en el baño, literal solo me funcionó para dormir, el aire acondicionado y ventilador bien

El hotel esta bonito, solo el mantenimiento no es bueno. Como recomendación; limpien a fondo la habitación y el hotel periódicamente hay mucho polvo. La regadera tenía poca presión. En mi habitación no servia la llave del lavamanos. El Internet es deficiente para ver tv por cable se pausa mucho. Sí, solo van tomar la habitación para dormir; la cama y almohadas estan muy bien. El aire acondicionado es excelente.
