"Large room with double & single bed.. the room was spotless, very clean & smelt fresh, as did the sheets.. Bed was comfy, The continental breakfast was great, what a thoughtful bonus. Very nicely done ... Highly recommend"

"Very nice building quiet and pretty garden. The host was helpful and sorted out a minor problem quickly. The accommodation was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. One change I would recommend and that's the shower could be made easier to operate and a few cleaning products wouldn't go amiss"

"Fantastic mid week break for the family and 2 dogs. Rooms were clean. Had a small issue with the hot tub but was dealt with quickly. (I personally think hot tub should be included in the price).Easy, quick, communication with the hosts. Kitchen was well equipped and very clean. Huge fridge and freezer, ideal for a large group. Conservatory needs a little attention. 1 or 2 leaks but this was after a thunderstorm and heavy down pour. Fantastic location. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend."

"Lesley is absolutely amazing. The level of communication was outstanding and very helpful too. I was able to contact Lesley throughout my holiday if I needed to and she would respond in a timely manor.Vespers is a lovely waterside chalet in a peaceful area, it was lovely to sit and watch the boats drive past in the morning while the rest of family were sleeping. We would definitely hire vespers again.Highly recommended"

"Very spacious, very clean everything to hand, not a need for anything, if there was one thing to note the listing promoted a weight lifting gym which my two lads was looking forward to as they weight train five times a week, it no longer exists that said I am looking forward to returning next year, A thank you to Graham and his team, the lodge was immaculate. David."
