"Enough space for 4 to enjoy the whole apartment easily. There is space to sleep 6 but using the living room, dining room etc might have been a bit more of a squeeze. Spacious compared to other places we stayed. Nice decor, clean and tidy throughout. "Customer service is horrendous, it’s like trying to communicate with a robot! House is tired and in need of modernisation and repair. The boiler is broken has to have an engineer out on the day we arrived as no hot water. Boiler broke every day and we had to relight the pilot light. Out of hours phone number provided dosent exist!!!!!! "

"First, the appearance of the place seemed nice, but it was dusty and had cob webs. The old windows leaked cold air, and when we arrived, none of the radiators were on. Once we turned one on, it said the house was 10 degree Celsius- in the middle of winter - brrrr. The Cottage is also two stories, with very steep stairs. We had to leave and find another place to stay because my elderly mother couldn’t do the stairs to her bedroom and my small children couldn’t spend the night in a freezing house....

"Really nice property, everything you need is there for you including the parking permit. Not far to walk to the town centre , plenty of bars and cafes in the area. Good communication from the owners. Overall a great stay in a very nice city."
