"This was my second stay at the hotel. The location is fantastic and the staff at the front desk and concierge are excellent. The housekeeping could have been better. Also, it was incredibly inconvenient that the washrooms on the main floor were not in service."

On a positive note, the staff were excellent—friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, overall, this experience did not meet expectations."
