Because the guest never made it to check in on the first day (due to being in hospital) the second day was cancelled as a 'no show' on the first evening even though it had been paid for in advance and they arrived on the second day after an arduous period in hospital only to be told no room booked.... far from impressed. "Nice location close to nearby Greenwich, which has plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Cycleway 4 runs along Creek Rd at the front of the hotel and provides excellent access into central London. The hotel itself is modern and perfectly acceptable for a short stay. "
