"This was my second stay at the hotel. The location is fantastic and the staff at the front desk and concierge are excellent. The housekeeping could have been better. Also, it was incredibly inconvenient that the washrooms on the main floor were not in service."

The room was not up to standard—the floor was squeaky, the carpet appeared worn and uneven, and one of the towels had a stain. I also had difficulty sleeping due to a persistent noise, which may have been from the air conditioning or a nearby generator. Additionally, the price of water at the bar was excessively high. On a positive note, the staff were excellent—friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, overall, this experience did not meet expectations."

"Park outside the reception, check in and only then can you get the key code to enter the cavernous underground carpark! The aircon only goes down to 20 degrees C but that was cool enough. The mattress was quite firm which didn’t offer a good nights sleep but that’s me. Breakfast was adequate but no kettle or tea/coffee in the room. You can but a cuppa for £2.75 and pick up a choccy bar for £2 from the various vending machines."
