"Very close to large, modern NCP car park and rail station (10 mins journey to Piccadilly). Hotel was immaculate throughout, rooms bright and spacious. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly and professional. Great experience and will definitely be back!"

"The staff are absolutely lovely, so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Especially the brunette woman on the reception (sorry didn’t catch her name!) She provided with us extra towels when needed, gave us plates and cutler for our room because we decided to get a takeaway as their was a members party on on the night we stayed and we just wanted a quiet night! She had a great sense of humour and made us feel really welcome. The room was massive and modern with a brilliant power shower and the bed was really comfortable. The spa was brilliant with a huge jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. We went twice over the weekend and both times was quiet enough to relax! We noticed they actually offer a crèche as well for children so you could play sports and go the spa for an hour even if you take your children which we thought was brilliant and we definitely be bringing our children next time. 10/10! "

"Loved every bit of the stay apart from the room 404 not hanging blackout blinds do at 6am the sun was bursting through the curtains. Bed was comfy though. "

"Very courteous reception lady, rooms were clean, ample parking available. We were here for 1 night and very satisfied with overall service. There are small issues like cups, kettle was unclean or dated. Bathroom Taps did not had enough hot water"
