"Drove into parking lot in back, mattress pile and other room junk. I rented room as along river, but a pile of mattresses not appealing. Room had clean linen and surface clean, but lamp shade tops, bathroom edging, light switch top sticky, dirt dust. Breakfast space clean, well maintained. Was told hotel being remodeled and only half done. For price and not there during day at all worked fine. Would be nice to have water fountain to fill water bottle. "

"The gym was filthy like debris all over the floor looked like nobody has stepped in there to vacuum or do a good cleaning in weeks. The inside pool had garbage wrappers all outside the pool and it needs cleaned also. Debris, dirt and large random clumps of long black hair in the pool which was gross and unsettling. The overall hotel had nice location and the staff for most part were absolutely so kind. However, they are mid grade range holding the Hilton title so need to be more aware that lack of knowledge and consistency in communication at check in when it comes to early check out & being told yes, you’ll get a refund to finding you out after there is small print listed where this isn’t possible just is miscommunication that needs addressing with the staff. I’m a very nice and reasonable person but hold people to high standards especially when staying at a higher end hotel yet not even feeling comfortable in your room because bed is so old you can feel the springs after sinking in the middle when laying on it. They send text messages while you are there to ask how your stay is, and when I answered honestly nothing was addressed. That seemed off. Why are you asking then? Needless to say, we won’t ever be staying here again but the location was great. It felt more like best western or comfort inn. "

"The hotel is in a great location, easy to get to and ample parking in the back of the hotel. The physical location of the hotel is about 20 minutes walking distance from The Island at Pigeon Forge, several go-kart attractions next to The Track Family Fun Parks and Pirates Voyager Dinner show. It’s literally right next to Lost Mine Mountain Coaster & Mini Golf too. The breakfast is good with lots of hearty foods and protein options to choose from. There’s a fireplace and seating out back along with the hot tub and a small outdoor pool. The indoor pool is small. The workout area is in a big room but 2 of the treadmills were out of order and the ellipticals had broken handles and malfunctioning menus, definitely low quality machines and disappointing models as they are quite outdated and don’t function properly which is frustrating if you want to use them. The rooms appear comfy and clean until closer inspection reveals hair in crevasses, corners and edges along the sides of the walls, even behind the door. I did have a stained comforter which was revealed when the sheets got messed up from sleeping one night. I did have a makeup stained pillowcase. Everything appears clean upon closer inspection. I would say you pay for what you get, but it’s a bit disappointing when the hotel is affiliated with Hilton. Would I stay again, depends on price and what I want to put up with. The rooms were quiet, it was spring break and we never dealt with noise on any level or area. "

"We stayed in a 3 bed room. It was actually nice. Internet worked fine. Hotel was close to downtown Pigeon Forge. It's before you get to the big King Kong statue that's on the side of that Hollywood building. Flapjacks restaurant was next door. Beds were okay. We had a back balcony which was good. Had everything we needed for the room. Hair dryer, body wash pump, shampoo and conditioner pump on the wall. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. It was clean and didn't smell. The air worked good. We had 3 tvs in each of the three rooms. One didn't have channels but that was fine. Seasonal outdoor pool. Check in was easy and fast. Front desk worker was really nice. Probably one of the better hotels we've stayed at in Tennessee. Nightly price was good. We will definitely book here again!! "
