"Nightmarish experience. I was traveling with a friend who wanted his own room. We booked this hotel at the last minute as it was close to the NP HQs. We arrived at 7 pm to find no front desk, just a bar area that was manned by a young lady who stated that we couldn’t stay as the owner had not been paid. Then the owner called stating that it was late so we could stay and that payment could be discussed in the morning. The hotel did not have wifi as advertised, there was no running or hot water...

They arranged a pick up from cairo international airport free of charge straight to the hotel. The facilities were very clean and had all the essential amenities including wifi. "The Riad is magnificent, and the host Abdou was very welcoming, he made me tea as soon as I arrived, I felt like I was coming home. I decided to extend my stay several times due to how comfortable I felt and how easy it was to make friends from different countries that were also staying at the Riad. I will definitely come back here when I visit Marrakesh again."
