The room was quiet and represented good value although the outdoor furniture was very dirty. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The staff were not particularly helpful or friendly, and several areas of the property, including the pool, are in need of maintenance and repair.The pool towel system is unnecessarily complicated, requiring guests to manage tags and exchange cards simply to obtain a towel. This process feels outdated and inconvenient.As a returning guest, I was also disappointed that there was no recognition of my loyalty or acknowledgement of my previous stays. A little appreciation for repeat guests would go a long way toward improving the overall experience. Property opened as a 5 star, now definitely a 4 star"
