"Arrived early evening. Checked in, went to room which had been trashed. Stank of smoke, drug paraphernalia everywhere. Went to ask for better room but told none available. Had to take taxi to alternative hotel. Attempted to get refund via Expedia. Offered $25. After three further emails threatening to report Expedia for fraud was offered an additional $25 key cash. So on this occasion Expedia shares the one star rating."

"If you are looking for quality on a limited budget, this hotel is the ideal choice. Although the rooms are small, they are notable for their comfort and functionality. I highly recommend it, as the location is unbeatable—just a few steps from the Fashion Square Mall."

"Good experience"

"4/5 Place feels a little outdated. Saw a roach in my room sadly. Shower head was busted and leaking other than that it was okay. Pool was fun, Staff was really friendly and helpful. Location was conveniently next to Downtown Glendale and near State Farm Stadium. Wouldn’t mind staying here again if they fixed there flaws but again the price was amazing so can’t complain."

"The room was absolutely disgusting. The floors were dirty, the bed didn't even have a fitted sheet, just a flat sheet, there was trash and leaves everywhere."
