Garner Hotel Augsburg Nord by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"Good breakfast, reasonable room, slightly small for a family of 3, but perfectly adequate and great for a overnight stop"

FreshSuites & Bar

10/10 Excellent

"This hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had all sorts of choices and the food was fresh and hot. The bar was comfortable with local beer and hot food. Check in and out was smooth and the staff friendly and hospitable. I recommend them, even though it was a pricey Uber ride to Oktoberfest."

The Rhin Hotel

8/10 Good

"I wanted hot water for tea and I have to go to the front desk which was across from my building. Not convenient. The bathroom was not very clean. When I lay down to sleep there were crumbs on the bed and that was my first night. Obviously it wasn’t changed. We were so tired from traveling and my husband was already asleep."

Coffee Fellows Hotel Puchheim

8/10 Good

"We had a really nice stay at this hotel. It is located about 1 mile from the train station, which might feel a bit far for some, but it is a straightforward, flat walk along the street and sidewalks, so it wasn't an issue for us at all. The Rooms & Amenities The hotel and rooms are remarkably clean, quiet, and well-soundproofed, which gave us a great night's sleep. The rooms feature working A/C (just make sure your window is completely closed, as there is a sensor that shuts the A/C off if it's open!). They also gladly provide an iron upon request. The only downside to the room was the TV. It is small, outdated, and lacks smart functions, meaning you can't stream apps like Netflix. Because of this, almost everything available to watch is in German. Dining & Staff They do offer a breakfast buffet, but at nearly $19 (€18) per person, it seemed quite overpriced, so we chose to skip it. The staff here is wonderful, though their primary language is German, which can occasionally make communication a little challenging. A special shout-out to the housekeeper (we unfortunately forgot her name!)—she was incredibly sweet. Even on days we didn't request full room service, we could easily approach her in the hallway, and she always made sure we had fresh towels and a"
