"I wanted hot water for tea and I have to go to the front desk which was across from my building. Not convenient. The bathroom was not very clean. When I lay down to sleep there were crumbs on the bed and that was my first night. Obviously it wasn’t changed. We were so tired from traveling and my husband was already asleep."

"This place was excellent except for one thing: it was too warm inside to get away with the windows closed and it was much too loud outside at all times of night to rest undisturbed with the windows open. I could get away with it, but my brother’s a light sleeper and didn’t get a great night of sleep any night. Of course this may have been due to rowdy drunks coming back from Oktoberfest but the restaurant downstairs was receiving trucks early in the morning as well. Overall I thought this was a good hotel, but some unforseen circumstances made it less than ideal."

"The room was clean and a bit on the smaller side, but that wasn’t an issue for me. My only complaint was the small shampoo packets, which weren’t nearly enough. If you’re staying here, I’d recommend bringing your own shampoo. The breakfast had a good selection of food, although I felt the breakfast rolls could have been fresher. In my opinion, they tasted like they were from the day before. The staff was friendly, and I really appreciated the 2 PM check-in. The location is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby, a grocery store in the same building, and a great butcher shop right across the street. Free parking was also a nice perk. Getting to the Munich soccer stadium was easy, with a straightforward drive using the highway"

"A good base well located and connected in Munich. You get what you see, basic but got all you need. You need a pin to access the lobby, I wasn’t sent this before arriving but they have a qr code to scan to get help, unfortunately the AI chatbot that it connects to isn’t fit for purpose and when it “connects” you to a human nothing happens. Others having the same issue at the same time as me. Really poor first impression. Once I was in the property the staff member was helpful and check in was smooth with his help."
