From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The front desk welcomed us with a thoughtful gift, and housekeeping kept our room immaculate with daily linen, towel, and pillowcase changes—chef’s kiss! The room had a slightly old-school feel, but it was spotless and absolutely five-star quality, with a spacious layout, separate toilet area, shower, and bath. The valet team deserves a special mention. They were fast, friendly, and professional every single time—always greeting us with a warm smile and making sure our car was ready without delay. They made coming and going completely stress-free. Always gave amazing recommendations and without their help we wouldn’t have tried the food they love to have themselves. The infinity pool was open, and our cabana rental was private and peaceful—perfect for relaxing. We also loved the views of Waikīkī and the island, especially from the elevators—breathtaking.
