"Awesome hotel! The whole hotel is so beautiful, and all of the staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved that there were restaurants and the onsen and spa on site so we were able to relax without even leaving the property if we wanted. Everything was clean and well maintained and all of the restaurants were delicious! I would definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance."

"We had a lovely stay at Musashino Bekkan. The place felt very welcoming and the staffs are all friendly. Our experience at this ryokan is complete opposite to all the negative reviews this place gets. The place itself is slightly outdated, but that is part of the charm of this place - as if you are transported back in time. The onsens were lovely and we had a private one in ours. The meals were delicious especially the dinner course and we were able to request a kid friendly meal for our son. ...
