"Arrived at 230pm was told check in was 3 I was ok with that came back around 5:45 still can't check in. My husband who is in a wheelchair chair and I was told to sit in the lobby and that our room would be ready in 15 minutes. We were not given a room until 8pm Next morning I ask if we could have a late check out. I was told no and the front desk personnel was very aggressive and mean as of I was asking her for a million dollars. I stayed at this location before and didn't have an issue but this day in question was horrible. I was told by management I would get a free hotel stay at any of there locations, never did. "

"Rooms are fine and beds are comfortable. There are trash bags along hallways all the time and it smells. Room on 3rd floor? I hope you travel light because the elevator has been out of service my entire stay."

"Disappointed that I had to pay and extra fee, $17 to check in 1 hr earlier than the 4pm time. Understand policy, but unecessary charge as 1 hr does not really constitute an early check in."
