I enjoyed this stay far more than I would have thought. I stayed at the Pullman a couple of weeks prior and I prefer the Crowne Plaza. Upon arrival, I was provided a free upgrade, which made everything better--and a close tie with the 5-star Fairmont in Manila, which I just left. I very much delighted in my stay at this hotel, which feels like it just opened this year with how clean it is, but it's not the best location--it stands with the Intercontinental in its own space of land. A very beautiful property facing the Burj Khalifa. The mall was within walking distance even in the heat. The fountains out back were under construction which we did not know prior to making reservations but the hotel upgraded us to an incredible suite to make our stay special and memorable. The staff was super kind and helpful for everything from sending out our laundry to coordinating taxis to our destinations.
